Arrow is positioned to service our customer’s by offering component-testing services. These services include electrical testing, Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Destructive Physical Analysis (DPA), Burn-in, and Solderability testing and are performed to customer specifications.
Arrow can ensure that components undergoing tinning are processed in compliance with your requirements and adhere to the applicable military specifications
Arrow can provide tested devices that are marked/identified in accordance with your specifications, including color dot, part number, or designated character. In addition, Arrow's bar code labeling system meets Defense Electronics Supply Center (DESC) requirements.
Based on site surveys, Arrow has approved a limited number of test facilities as subcontract laboratories for value-added testing. We can effectively coordinate your requests for Electrical Testing, Environmental Stress Testing, Parts Verification Testing, and Destruct Physical Analysis.
Using a robotic steam age chamber and mechanical dipper, Arrow can conduct solder testing per MIL-STD-202, Method 208; MIL-STD-750, Method 2026; and MIL-STD-883, Method 2003.
