JobControl communicates with our programming equipment to automatically configure Arrow’s machinery with your unique instructions. This ensures that your specific requirements will be satisfied reliably, time after time.

Additionally, as part of our overall quality control solution, your JobControl parameters, including first article detail, become part of our Central Data Library.

Each of our Global Programming Centers is electronically linked to this library so we can quickly, accurately, and consistently meet your unique programming specifications, anywhere in the world.

Our Shop Floor Control System helps stage production in the most efficient manner, utilizing time standards, traveler documentation, and capacity planning.

Our approach leverages bar code and scanner technology to provide electronic order tracking throughout the production process. It even monitors usage on our programming equipment. These aid in our preventative maintenance program and help maintain the highest- quality output on a consistent basis.

Coupled with our lean manufacturing initiatives and Kaizen methodology, our Shop Floor Control system produces optimum turnaround time for order processing. It allows us to dynamically balance demand across the globe.
