ERNI Designs New MicroSpeed Connectors and Power Modules for Telecom and Data Transmission Devices

These new modular connector systems are the right solution for next-generation systems with transfer rates of up to 10 Gb/s.

ERNI's new 10 Gb/s MicroSpeed connectors and power modules are ideal for high-speed data transfers in telecom and datacom applications. The 1.0 mm modular shielded SMT connector system consists of two contact rows and two outwardly arranged shield plates. MicroSpeed connectors have been designed for space-saving board-to-board connections and are equally suitable for differential- and single-ended signals. The MicroSpeed power modules are capable of carrying 6A-8A. ERNI offers the only power module in the industry that can be used with high-speed mezzanine connectors.
