The newly released LTC36xx family of high input voltage regulators from Linear Technology offers the advantages of monolithic DC/DC converters with the low duty cycle and high efficiency. This easy-to-use, space-saving technology, in conjunction with Arrow’s world-class support, services, and solutions, is a winning move that’ll get you to market fast.

Linear Technology’s high voltage monolithic synchronous buck converters offer input voltages as high as 32V and can deliver output currents ranging from 2A to 12A full scale with minimal thermal derating. Operating efficiencies up to 95 percent are possible while operating at switching frequencies of 1MHz or more. Our converters greatly simplify point-of-load conversion in systems with intermediate bus architectures, while simultaneously keeping the external inductor and ceramic capacitors small and low profile.

The LTC3608, LTC3609, LTC3610, and LTC3611 buck regulators offer the efficiency and power output capability of separate (controller + discrete) MOSFET solutions with the ease-of-use and space-saving advantages of traditional MOSFET on-the-die monolithics. These parts also yield higher efficiencies than traditional monolithic solutions. They conserve power, save space, and simplify power designs.
