The XPort Direct embedded device networking gateway module is a time-saving solution for networking to virtually any electronic product with a serial interface on its host microcontroller. It’s ideal for high-volume device deployments where low-cost, limited functionality microcontrollers traditionally create a barrier to networking enablement. It acts as a powerful network information conduit that permits the device’s host microcontroller to function at maximum efficiency. And, the XPort Direct’s comprehensive software suite includes all Layer 3 to Layer 7 software needed for a feature-rich network-enabling solution.
