As a registered user, you'll have two ways to make a purchase at arrownac.com so you can determine what works best for your needs (or use both methods). You'll have the option of ordering with a credit card, or requesting an PRO-Series™account to purchase with an open line of credit. PRO-Series, part of the Connectivity Dashboard™ online work environment, offers e-commerce-enabled order management tools. Find out more about the advanced features of PRO-Series.

Once you've located the parts that you want to purchase, select add to cart to place the items in your shopping cart. Make any changes, if necessary, and select update. Once you're ready to make a purchase, select proceed to checkout.
If you're registered with us you can login and your information will be pre-populated, which lets you proceed to checkout even faster. Please fill out your billing information, double check your information, then submit your order.
Before your order is complete, you must first read and accept the terms and conditions. NOTE: SOME PARTS ARE SOLD NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE(NC/NR). If any of the items you have selected to purchase are NC/NR, the terms and conditions will SPECIFICALLY indicate this. Once your order request has been completed, you will receive a thank you page. If you are a U.S. customer, within a few minutes you will receive an email itemizing your purchases; this email will serve as your invoice. Please save or print out this email for your files. Your shipment will not contain an invoice. If you are a non-U.S. customer, you will receive a thank you page that tells you that you'll be contacted by an international sales representative to complete your order. With your arrownac.com shopping cart, it's easy to update the parts and quantity data with a few simple clicks. You can clear the entire cart with a click of the button (select clear) and the entire cart and all of its contents will be erased. Or, you may change the quantity, remove or add a part, or update your customer part number. Each time you make a change to your cart, select update to make sure the cart registers your changes. Once you've finished searching for parts and updated your cart (if necessary) click proceed to checkout. Please note that the items in your shopping cart will remain in your cart for the duration of this session only.*

Credit Card Orders
You can place a credit card order at arrownac.com for next-day delivery on single or multi-line items. Also choose from the multiple shipping options available to better suit your needs. To place an online order, search for the parts that you want to purchase and add them to your cart. proceed to checkout (see How To Place An Order above). Once you submit your order, your request is immediately en route to our warehouse. Within minutes, a packing slip is printed automatically at our warehouse, complete with the manufacturer's warranty. Since arrownac.com is fully integrated with Arrow's host systems, there is no salesperson necessary to intercept your order; therefore, speeding up the order process. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All personal and credit card information is submitted over a secure server (SSL). Read more on our security.
Open Line Of Credit
To purchase with an open line of credit, please apply for our e-commerce tools, PRO-Series. PRO-Series gives you the ability to track your orders online and to receive customer-specific pricing, plus much, much more. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order before it is submitted based on your state's sales tax.

Order confirmation is subject to meeting all U.S. Export Laws and Regulations. If you are ordering from Arrow for the first time in Y2007, you will receive an export compliance form that will have to be completed and returned to Arrow before your order will be shipped. This form is valid until December 31, 2007. We cannot hold requested inventory, and you may lose your order if this is not returned promptly. If you would like to speed up the process, you may print the form, and fax it to 1-631-851-2468.
After your order has been received and your form has been submitted, you will receive an email from the export division, invoicing and either accepting or declining your order. This will be based on U.S. Export Laws and Regulations and your credit card information. If you have any questions regarding international orders, please contact 1-631-851-2499.
Canada
All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex, Monday through Friday, and shipped complete with a manufacturer's warranty. All Fed Ex shipping is available by collect only. Please select the appropriate collect option from the drop-down menu.
Charges for UPS prepaid shipments are a $15.00 plus $5.00 for each additional line item purchased.
If you would like to make a shipment using your UPS or Fed Ex account number, this option is available. Please select the appropriate collect option from the drop-down menu.
International (excluding Canada)
All other international orders will be shipped via UPS Blue (expedited service) and will be charged to your credit card if no carrier (UPS, Fed Ex or DHL) account number is provided. If UPS Blue is not available for delivery to your area, then UPS Red (express service) will be used. UPS Blue charges begin at $47 for a one-pound package. The exact freight charges cannot be determined until after your order has been processed and billed.
Inventory is warehoused in multiple locations throughout the United States, therefore you may receive multiple shipments for your order. We will do our best to provide one complete shipment.
International orders will be charged a handling and energy fee of $10.22 per shipment. A $10 handling charge will be added to each line item less than $30.All orders are shipped via UPS, Fed Ex or DHL, Monday through Friday, and shipped complete with a manufacturer's warranty. All Fed Ex shipping is available by collect only. Please select the appropriate collect option from the drop-down menu.
Charges for Ground shipments are a $8.00 flat rate regardless of the number of the line items purchased. If you choose to ship your order via air freight the following charges will apply:
Overnight: $15.00 for the first line item and $5.00 for each additional line item.
Second Day: $12 .00 for the first line item and $5.00 for each additional line item.
3-Day Select: $10.00 for the first line item and $5.00 for each additional line item.
If you would like to make a shipment using your UPS or Fed Ex account number, this option is available. Please select the appropriate collect option from the drop-down menu.
Note: All handling charges have been removed.
You may return anything you buy from arrownac.com within 30 days of the date we ship it to you. In order to receive a refund (only available as a credit to the charge account you used to pay for your order), the returned item(s) must be sent back with a return authorization obtained from Arrow's online sales department (not from a local sales office) and must be in the same condition and inner packaging in which it was shipped to you. Our decision about its condition will be final. Return authorizations and instructions may be obtained by calling (877) 237-8621. We have no responsibility for any return sent to us without an authorization. If you don't return the products or notify us of any problem (such as damage or incorrect quantities or part numbers) within 30 days of the day we shipped you the products, you will be deemed to have accepted the products.
