3. What if I forgot my login information?

4. How can I locate my local sales branch?

To locate your local sales branch, please use our Office Locator to search. Here you may enter your zip code or the city/state of the office that you're trying to find. The search will return all of the Arrow branches closest to the location you entered, including address, phone number, fax number, driving directions and a map.

6. Is your site secure for placing online orders?

Yes. We take every precaution to make sure that your online experience with Arrow is a safe one. We're committed to making sure that your data is secure. That's why whenever you place orders or access any sensitive data, such as your account information, we use a secure server which encrypts all information that you input before it is sent to us. This secure server software (known as Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) is the industry standard for secure commerce transactions and all of your personal information (including credit card number, name and address) is encrypted to guard against it being read by any third party. To further ensure that your data is kept safe, that's why we've added the extra layer of protection with usernames and passwords. We make sure that when you're placing an order using an open line of credit, or accessing customer-sensitive data that you're required to enter your password and username as an extra precaution.

7. How can I search for a part if I don't know the full part number?

It is not necessary to know the manufacturer's full part number in order to locate a part. Simply input a partial number and our search engine will return all manufacturer part numbers containing that string of characters. Wildcard characters are not required.

9. What is PRO-Series™?

PRO-Series is the electronic distribution industry's first complete set of e-commerce tools designed for purchasing and engineering professionals. 10. How will I know if my order was received?

Once you have confirmed your order online, you will receive an email within minutes letting you know if your order has been accepted. The email will contain the details of your order and will serve as your invoice. Please be sure to save or print out this email for your files because your shipment will not contain an invoice.

11. How do I request an open line of credit?

To request an open line of credit, fill out an application for PRO-Series. Once your form has been submitted, you'll be contacted by a sales rep via email within 2-3 business days letting you know whether or not your application was approved. Once approved, you can begin using all of PRO-Series advanced functionality right away.

12. What if I want to cancel an order?

Since our site is fully integrated with Arrow's host systems, a packing slip is printed automatically at our warehouse within minutes from receiving your order. Due to this tight integration, it is typically not possible for us to cancel shipment on an order already placed online. You may request a Return Materials Authorization number once the merchandise is received. Please contact our online sales department with any questions at (877) 237-8621 or read the credit card returns section.
